Who Hacked My CDC account?

I was being hacked in my ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte Ltd and someone book for my TP on 17th March 2010 when my birthday is 18th March 2010?
When I emailed CDC (ComfortDelGro Driving Centre), they gave me a reply that
Dear Miss Ng,
A check with your transaction statement shows that a test date on 17/03/2010 was booked.
The transaction was done online on 10/12/2009 at 1.28pm.
Do double check with your private instructor if he had did the booking for you.Warm Regards,

Today, one of the staffs called me and told me that they couldn’t do a refund and suggest me to make police report?
Nonsense.
I have already changed my password and I will go for that TP as I do not want to spend $20 for something that is not done by me.
Damn pissed off.
