The Fong Fried Rice

Whenever I go to Dennis’s house, his mum would always cook fried rice on weekends. I liked the way she fried the rice.

Now I got the recipe!

1 Cup of overnight rice

2 Eggs (well beaten)

3 Garlic ( Finely Chopped)

Soya Sauce, Pepper, Chicken Stock Powder

Step 1: Heat oil / olive oil. ( NOT SO MUCH!)

Step 2: Add the garlic in, fry till golden brown.

Step 3: Place aside the garlic in the wok, pour in the beaten egg. When the egg is about to cook, put the rice in so that the rice can be cooked with the egg.

Step 4: Stir well, add on soya sauce, pepper and chicken stock powder to taste.

Step 5: Place them nicely on the plate and put some fried shallots.

ENJOY!
