The BlackBerry Curve smartphone is the easiest way for cell phone users to start living their lives on BlackBerry. It supports the way they socialize and have fun by offering more communication options, richer communication experiences, enhanced media capabilities and faster full HTML browsing compared to their regular cell phones.

The BlackBerry Curve smartphone simplifies the decision to buy a smartphone. BlackBerry Curve features an approachable and friendly design and comes from a trusted brand with a reputation for world class, reliable products. It doesn’t look like complicated technology. It’s easy to use and it’s affordable, helping overcome consumers’ traditional barriers to purchasing a smartphone.

Key Feature : 256MB Flash Memory, Hot swappable Micro SD (located behind battery-cover). SDHC supported, High resolution 320×240 pixel color display, Transmissive TFT LCD, Supports over 65,536 colours, 2.46” (diagonally measured), 2 MP camera with Fixed focus, no Flash

Unique Selling Points

  • Dedicated media keys
  • Trackpad
  • Slim, simplified design
  • Easy media sharing
  • Works with Mac computers right out of the box
Network

    Quad-Band: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900MHz GSM/GPRS networks

Quad-Band:  850/ 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz EDGE networks

Although it comes with a 3G function, I still prefers my BlackBerry Curve 8900 as the camera is 3.2MP with flash. The new curve 8520 doesn’t comes with flash and the camera is only 2MP.
