Sales Ethic – Do you have what to take?

Working in a sales line often let me see how colleagues work hard on sales target and sometimes misunderstandings occur when one suspects another who stole the sales.
Recently, I got a case whereby customer. Mr. X is a totally new subscriber with no contacts with my company at all. He called in and wishes to subscribe for our service and I attended to him and I open his account under my queue as I am pending for his sign up another service.
On the day of appointment, he called in to cancel and claimed that someone offered him better promotions. I kept cool and cancelled my appointment on my end but I did not cancel the order that is under my sales ID.
Guess what? “Someone” just stole the sales and put my order under HER code.
She is the out source department and Mr. X is a totally new subscriber as I just mentioned. I highly suspected that she went into my queue and took the lead immediately and mark sales under her sales ID.
Moreover, she placed a referrer for Mr. X who has the same surname as her. (Might be of coincidence or might be her family member.)
Anyway, I have already report this incident to the higher authority. I hope that she have a valid reason on how she get to contact a customer who is not in our database.
Sales ethic, Ms C, do you have it or not?
