Poor Customer Service at Subway

I had classes yesterday so I decided to buy one Subway sandwich to eat in class with Naylor.
I was queuing up to purchase my sandwich and a Caucasian guy was paying his payment. Apparently, he had forgotten about his change and walked away. I was thinking if the lady cashier of the age of 40+ would stop him by at least calling out “Sir, you had forgotten your change”.
She did not. She placed the change aside and continued to serve me. She asked if I want to get a meal to go along, I said yes and I want two oatmeal raisin cookies and she asked me to get 3 instead for a better value. I told her again, I want a meal.
Not to mention that she wasn’t attentive to customers, she is also dishonest. Now I have a bad impression of Subway in Centrepoint.
