HELP! My Hamster Is Growing Tumor

Anyone knows why did my hamster develop a lump at his left stomach and it is getting bigger and bigger. I think the size of the lump is 1.5times of his head. Someone please leave advice in my comment box. He is one year old already. Should I bring him to operation?
This is the best close up picture of the lump that I can post. I need some advices.
