– StarHub TV’s Video-On-Demand (VOD) offerings have just gotten bigger and better! Today, StarHub announced its acquisition of a wide variety of new content for its VOD platform which includes exciting and popular movies and series from Hollywood, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Indonesia. Rolled out in phases recently with much more lined up for the coming months, these significant enhancements to its VOD content augment StarHub’s content leadership position in the Singapore pay TV market.

New rules for fixed line, mobile, broadband contracts from March 2010

SINGAPORE: Consumers who apply for or renew contract for fixed line, mobile or broadband service cannot be locked into the contract for more than 24 months.
And consumers who sign on to contracts longer than three months and who terminate their contracts before the end of their contract period will no longer have to pay fixed early termination charges.
